By using KYCMarts, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Products & services

All listings are KYC-verified digital accounts. Buyers are responsible for using accounts in compliance with each platform's local terms.

3. Payment & delivery

Payment is required upfront. In-stock items are typically delivered within 30 minutes after payment confirmation; limited or pre-order items may take up to 24 hours.

4. Buyer protection & refunds

Every order includes a replacement guarantee. Issues must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Telegram with your Order ID.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use KYCMarts for illegal activities or any purpose that violates the terms of the underlying platform.

6. Limitation of liability

KYCMarts is not liable for indirect damages arising from account usage. Maximum liability is the amount paid for the product.
